We offer complimentary delivery on orders over Rs. 2,000. Shipping costs for other orders are calculated at checkout before payment.

We prepare each order with care and share tracking details after it has been handed to the courier, where tracking is available. Delivery timing can vary by location and courier service.

If something is not quite right, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging.

For hygiene and safety, some intimate or personal-care items may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty. Sale items may have different return conditions; any exception will be shown on the relevant product page.
